When I access the recording page I get a warning from Flash that it needs to access my camera and microphone. Is this okay? (see picture)

Yes this is okay as the Flash recorder we use needs to do this. Make sure that you "allow" the connection. If not, you will not be able to make a recording.

Will you still be able to see what I do and say when I (thrue my webcam and microphone) when I close or leave the website?
We are never able to see or hear anything from you.

How long will my video messages stay online?

Your video message will be auto deleted after 30 days.

I have created a video message, but would like to remove it. Can I do this?

Yes. After saving your video messages, you will be given a delete code.

Can anyone see my video message?

It depends. The video message will NOT be available to everyone EXCEPT when you give them the view link.

I have lost my delete link for deleting my video message. Can you give it to me?

No. We can not retrieve your delete link.

Can I (or users) download the video message?

No. You (or any users) can not download the video message.
